After students have learned the beginning Tai Chi material, they may progress to the intermediate Tai Chi class. The intermediate class builds on more movements and exercises from the beginning class. Participants will learn more postures, details, and principles of Tai Chi movements. It is strongly suggested that students enroll in both classes to keep training in the movements that were previously learned. As students learn more, they may progress to learning the complete Chen Style Tai Chi Long Form which is 74 Postures. However, for those just wanting to learn Tai Chi and practice to gain the many healthful benefits, the repetition of the beginning classes will be sufficient.
