World Tai Chi Day

We will meet at the North side (near where the parking lot is) between 9 and 9:30 AM.

We will choose an area and begin at 10 AM.

Wear your Three Dragons Way apparel or just something nice to practice Tai Chi in. Please no clothing with messages/logos unless they support Tai Chi. We plan to practice some warm-ups, silk reeling, 4 directions, and then maybe some two person exercises and spend about an hour. Invite or bring your friends and family. They don’t have to participate, they can be spectators if they want. More people draw more attention. Lets have some fun showing off our Tai Chi!
