Tai Chi Workshop

Whether you are new to Tai Chi or a seasoned practitioner, there will be something to learn from this workshop. Master Teacher, Gary Huff will be presenting a workshop on how to practice Tai Chi. Topics will include Tai Chi Walking, what type of shoes to wear, clothing, your practice area, inspirational objects for practice, and the use of videos, and other social media.
