Three Dragons Way Instructor Roxie Hein is offering an exciting new class that will be taught by Master Gary Huff.
6:00-7:30pm Push-Hands - Class will cover two person exersises and applications
7:30-8:00pm Weapons - Class will cover bo staff and tonfa applications. (All beginners use a staff)
Beginners are welcome. These classes will improve your overall practice.
