Learn what Chen style Tai Chi is, along with the history of when and how it came into being.

Tom Presnell is a teacher for Three Dragons Way School of Tai Chi and will introduce the president of the school, Master Gary Huff, a direct linage of current Grand Master Chen Zhenglei. Gary has been to China on several occasions learning from the grand master.

You will be introduced some Warm-up exercises, silk reeling, 4-Direction movements. Books will be displayed about Chen Tai Chi.
