Tai Chi Class
Mondays starting January 9
7:45pm - 9:15pm
Attend Monday night classes to learn and practice the exercises and basic movements of Chen Style Tai Chi. This is a good workout to add to your current routine for increased circulation and improved balance.
Intermediate to advanced training can provide increased strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Class will consist of basic training from the Chen Taijiquan; Warm-ups, Silk Reeling, 4 Direction Form, and Wuji (special meditation stance). No experience needed, come join us for some traditional Tai Chi training.
Free class to tryout, otherwise - $20/class, $75/month (Goddess Maker Fitness Members $10/$40)
