Tai Chi in the Park
8:300am - 9:30am
People who attend Tai Chi in the Park will get to follow along with warm-up exercises and then special Silk-Reeling movements from the Chen Style of Tai Chi. Structural requirements will be emphasized to help increase circulation and improve balance. Young and older participants can begin to gain from this training.
As time progresses, the movements of a routine will be learned and over time the participants will have a full routine to use and practice at home
