All students, beginners to advanced, can participate in the Tai Chi Principles Class. This month, the Principles of Tai Chi  Workshop will cover information and details on Push Hands. Participants will receive instruction on the basics of Chen Style Push Hand Rotations. Several of our students at the recent Light of Tai Chi Conference in San Diego CA participated in the Push Hands Classes taught by Wang Hai Jun. They will be presenting details of what they learned at this workshop. You do not have to know Push Hands to attend this workshop. It will help everyone from Beginners to Advanced understand more about Chen Taijiquan.

We will continue the Straight Sword Form with Liu Kejia as the Instructor.  Students may enroll  in this session who have started learning the Sword Form and/or are presently enrolled in a Three Dragons Way Class.

We will be refining the Guan Dao and Broadsword Forms for those who have been learning it. No new beginners are allowed to start Guan Dao until fursther notice.

Beginners may start learning Broadsword if they have learned Four Directions.

Note: When beginning to learn the Guan Dao it is highly recommended that students learn the first Bo staff form in Kobudo to become familiar with using a two-handed weapon.

Students can make or purchase their own weapons for practice, however Three Dragons Way  must approve any weapons for use at the Workshops and Classes.

(For Insurance and Safety reasons)

Note from the Teacher.

I know sometimes students like to purchase or make their own weapons.  I think they should once they understand how it is used.  I also know that anytime my teacher would sell things for classes like books, DVD’s, weapons, uniforms, etc.  I always showed my support for him by purchasing those things so the school and organization would grow stronger.
